Implemented an Odoo 14 Community HCMS solution for GAG Nikel to digitize HR operations across employee lifecycle, recruitment, performance appraisal, and structured compensation & benefits. The delivery also covered incentives, health claims workflows, and time off allocation to improve HR governance and data consistency.
Configured and implemented core HR domains, including employee transfers, recruitment, appraisal, and compensation & benefits management. Added talent management, team incentives, health claim workflows, and time off allocation to centralize HR operations and reduce manual effort while increasing traceability for HR decisions.
Delivered as a tailored Odoo 14 Community implementation for HR operations. Infrastructure, backups, monitoring, and CI/CD can be aligned with the production environment as needed.
